About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to do the following:

  • Join a cross-functional growth team managing everything from ad to sign-up
  • Take ownership of all performance marketing platforms with a focus on paid social such as Meta & TikTok but you’ll also build & manage paid search campaigns
  • Lead, manage & develop creatives through an experiment-driven approach
  • Define and implement processes and infrastructure for scalable creative development
  • Analyze performance data & develop actionable insights
  • Regularly communicate with the rest of the team to update on campaign performance and share learnings

You will have a lot of autonomy over your workflow.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth/performance role at a high-growth D2C start-up
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven development, experimentation, and conducting A/B tests
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data to develop & validate hypotheses. Familiar with tools such as Mixpanel & Google Analytics
  • Creative and independent thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Proactive and tenacious - willing to try new things, learn from others and never give up
  • Scrappy, willing to get their hands dirty and wear multiple hats
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
