About the role

Your mission will be to identify and attract exceptional candidates to join Inflow. You will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy and implementing a streamlined recruitment process across the company.

  • Maximize our chances of success in high priority-roles by developing a rigorous recruitment process
  • Centralize all recruiting efforts and ensure that all recruiting activities are defined, visible, and understood across the organization
  • Define and start measuring success metrics across the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to optimize and improve recruitment
  • Ensure we have a strong pipeline of candidates for high-priority roles
  • Create and maintain a strong network of top-tier candidates for roles in the pipeline
  • Find and manage 3rd party recruiters for specific roles
  • Amplify our employer brand
  • Develop an excellent candidate, employee experience, and team culture
  • Improve employee onboarding and performance management to increase our retention rate

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 1-year in-house
  • An inspiring storyteller and salesperson - really understand, live, breathe and develop the company mission and values
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented - have experience building and relying on systems and processes
  • Highly creative approach - willing to try creative ways to get in front of candidates and stand out from the crowd
  • Strong networker
  • Can learn new things quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Proactive and tenacious - willing to try new things, learn from others and never give up
  • Strong sourcing experience and recruiting talent across all levels with experience or interest in People Operations (onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, payroll, etc.)
  • Should be familiar with pipelining, sourcing strategies, interview best practices, creating a great candidate experience, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems
  • Bonus: experience with employer branding, onboarding, performance management
