About the role

Your mission will be to own the strategy and operations of our virtual clinic product offering. Drive product decisions, create success metrics, and manage the delivery/operations to help meet business objectives and cater to our members’ needs.

  • Work with founders to develop a clear roadmap and launch strategy for a more comprehensive offering to get us closer to our vision
  • Develop a framework to prioritize and validate new experiments and initiatives
  • Work closely with other members of the team to create a more seamless and integrated product offering for our members
  • Take responsibility for setting and tracking KPIs and success metrics to drive an understanding of product health and performance
  • Work closely with our Clinical Lead and practitioners to ensure we are delivering a best-in-class service to our members
  • Evaluate opportunities and deliver high-leverage changes to optimize our internal tools and processes
  • Manage any regulatory and operational requirements that are necessary to scale out our offering
  • Hire and manage a team of A-players that are needed to help us validate and scale out our offering

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations and/or product at a healthtech startup, preferably working on a virtual clinic
  • Experience hiring and managing a team
  • Entrepreneurial experience
  • Commercially minded and operationally excellent
  • Highly analytical and able to utilize data to inform decision making
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven development, experimentation, and conducting A/B tests
  • Strong technical understanding and obsessed with product/technology
  • Has an MVP-mindset, has preference for speed and validating ideas as quickly as possible
  • Scrappy, willing to get their hands dirty and wear multiple hats
  • True team player - highly collaborative
